Kuro-en was for many years trapped as a dragon although this is his true from he was a recarnition of the brother that killed Enori "Nori's past self" he is an experiment of Shuzui's being around thousand years old her was now 17 years old again the experiments Shuzui had done on him has made him who he is for instance his eyes are the Sharigan but blue instead of red and they are purmently that way unlike the Sharigan where you could bring them out and put them away he has them out and his scars are labels that he now belongs to Shuzui sense being experimented on some of his memory was erased and he grew up as little brother to Tetsuya and Desiree so is the symbol on his shoulder which is Uchiha crest and the Akatsuki cloud Kuro-en released from his dragon form is now known as a Kazaga and not as His original self Keji Hikura but as Kuro-en Kazaga
